Our long-standing client involved us in the development of a series of coffee machines for the Ho.Re.Ca. market.

These machines differ from the normal ones in stores: construction features, extreme aesthetics, durability, and noble materials make this coffee machine suitable for a non-consumer market.

Minifaber was involved in the co-design of the metal parts that would be manufactured using a series of dies.

Project Description
The axial fans developed by our customer represent a technologically advanced solution for managing heat transfer in a wide range of devices and systems. Due to their shallow installation depth, low noise level and outstanding energy efficiency, they are particularly suitable for applications requiring high performance, such as air transport in heat exchangers.

Minifaber is capable of producing pressed parts using both transfer dies and progressive dies. The choice between one or the other is made by the technical department based on its knowledge of the facts, and is aimed at optimizing the resources in order to allow for the production of increasingly complex and high-performance products. The parameters that are taken into consideration when choosing the most suitable die are described below.

The customer first requests the manufacture of a few components for his product and then, completely satisfied with our work, delegates to us the overall production of the device, from 0 to 100.
