MINIFABER SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

Our journey towards responsible manufacturing

Why sustainability is central to Minifaber

Minifaber operates in the metalworking sector, an industry characterized by energy-intensive processes and high resource consumption. In this context, every production decision has measurable impacts on the environment, people and communities.

A strategic approach, not just regulatory compliance

The company has chosen to approach sustainability not as regulatory compliance, but as a long-term strategic driver: a concrete commitment reflected through investments in more efficient technologies, emissions reduction, responsible resource management and protection of worker health and wellbeing.

Minifaber believes that industrial competitiveness and environmental and social responsibility can reinforce each other.

This makes sustainability a continuous transformation journey that the company builds day by day alongside its employees, customers and suppliers.

The Sustainability Report: transparency and methodology

The Sustainability Report is the tool through which Minifaber accounts for its progress, highlighting both milestones achieved and challenges that remain.

Double materiality and European standards (CSRD – ESRS)

The document is prepared in accordance with European standards – the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) – and is based on double materiality analysis. This approach enables the company to assess its impacts on the environment and society, while simultaneously evaluating how environmental, social and regulatory factors may affect Minifaber's economic and financial performance.

Our collaboration with Greenly

To conduct this analysis, the company relies on the Greenly methodology and digital platform, which enables structured and standardized evaluation of all ESG topics required by regulation, involving not only internal functions but also key customers and suppliers.

The Report is published annually and serves as an open forum for dialogue with all stakeholders.

Concrete actions: the three pillars of sustainability

The Sustainability Report documents Minifaber's commitment across three core pillars.

Environment: emissions, resources and circularity

On the environmental front, the company measures and manages its impacts related to climate change, pollution, water and marine resources, biodiversity and ecosystems, circular economy and resource use.

Social: people, supply chain, communities

On the social front, it reports on actions concerning its workforce, workers in the value chain, communities in the territories where it operates, as well as consumers and end users.

Governance: ethics, transparency and supply chain management

Regarding business conduct, it presents policies on transparency, ethics and responsible supply chain management. Each area is governed by dedicated policies, measurable indicators and improvement objectives.
