Metal blankingMetal blanking on iron, aluminium, copper, stainless steel and special alloy sheet metal.
Metal blanking is a process that requires experience and precision.
Blanking is a process that can be performed on any type of sheet metal where, due to punches and dies, metals are to be separated.
Minifaber, specialised in sheet metal cold forming, has the know-how, technologies and flexibility that has always distinguished it to complete maximum precision blanking processes: from iron blanking to stainless steel blanking including aluminium, copper and special alloy blanking.
Sheet metal blanking
In the following paragraphs are listed all the sheet metal blanking processes realised by the company:
We perform the shearing of iron sheets, a unique material for its irreplaceable technical and mechanical qualities, as well as the most tenacious among all metals.
Stainless steel blanking
For the needs of greater resistance to corrosion, for example in the medical and food sector, we perform the shearing of stainless steel sheets.
Light, economical, malleable: thanks to these qualities, aluminium is required in various sectors.
Where a very corrosion resistant, magnetic and high electrical and thermal conductivity material is required, we perform the welding of copper.
Blanking of Special Alloys
In addition to the previous materials, our metalworking processes are flexible enough to allow the shearing of other special alloys, such as brass.
