Our long-standing client involved us in the development of a series of coffee machines for the Ho.Re.Ca. market.
These machines differ from the normal ones in stores: construction features, extreme aesthetics, durability, and noble materials make this coffee machine suitable for a non-consumer market.
Minifaber was involved in the co-design of the metal parts that would be manufactured using a series of dies.
A further challenge was the implementation time: in fact, the client planned the market launch in a very short time.
Close to a hundred dies needed to be made, tested, and fine-tuned, a number that was certainly challenging, but we accepted the challenge and met it.
Strict timelines, a large number of dies, and high-end specifications required extensive coordination work: Minifaber, as a prime contractor, worked with several die makers throughout northern Italy to achieve the goal.
