Minifaber corporate policies

Minifaber is a global player family in the metal cold forming scene and also owes it success to social commitment that drove it to adopt a series of corporate policies aimed at improving its range in terms of processed products but also in terms of the quality of life of its associates and environmental protection.

Environmental policies

The document signed concerning environmental policies adopted by Minifaber aims to protect natural resources so that the environment can be inherited by future generations. To this end, Minifaber processes metal according to an environmental protection system that meets UNI EN ISO14001:2015 standards and strives to reduce the impact of its production processes on the work environment and nature in general, every day.

Quality policies

From the quality standpoint, Minifaber continuously invests in innovative solutions and training for its human resources in order to increase the quality standards of its sheet metal cold stamping products, but also the quality of life of its associates and the quality of the end products placed on the market.

Safety policies

Minifaber constantly seeks to guarantee a safe work environment and works with SIKURO Scarl for this reason to prevent work accidents in its sheet metal stamping production departments as well as in its offices and common areas. Furthermore, Minifaber invites its customers, but also its customers and suppliers, to take due personal care in order to protect their health and regularly monitor machinery and systems to avoid malfunctions that may be hazardous to workers.

Social commitments to materials from war zones

Minifaber's efforts to provide safe, environmentally friendly and high quality metal cold forming processes also concerns the raw materials used. Following the principles set forth in the Conflict material rules approved by the United States congress in June 2010, Minifaber strives not to purchase materials from areas in the world that do not endorse fundamental human rights and, in the event certain materials are essential to the production of the required components, this is communicated to its customers.
