Welfare Index PMI 2019

Corporate well-being makes the company grow and is good for the whole country

For the second consecutive year, Minifaber took part in the PMI Welfare Index.

This research assesses the level of Welfare in the small and medium enterprises in Italy.

To achieve the 2019 index, 4.561 Italian companies from all sectors were interviewed regarding their welfare initiatives for employees in various areas.

Minifaber is recognized as "4W - Welfare Leader", this shows that the company is working in the right direction to implement a very good welfare system for its employees.
