From Bergamo to the Moon and back!

The World Health Organization (WHO) has always suggested to walk at least 10.000 steps a day, to achieve a healthy life, this behavior reduces the risk of heart attacks, improves blood pressure and contributes to a general weight loss for people with obesity risk.

Walking is one of the good practices that make up a healthy and active lifestyle and the step is the unit of measure of the "Moovin" initiative.

Minifaber S.p.A. takes the opportunity to renew the invitation to all its employees to have a healthy lifestyle, since 2016 the company has been part of Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) project, promoted by the Lombardy Region.
